Dallas Gilliam, who is the director of operations at Senior Helpers, credits his time as a college caregiver for his hands-on health leadership.

“I knew that it took a very special person to do this type of job. You have to have a very caring heart and be very driven in trying to help our senior community out. And that is my driving force every day, to help the senior community out,” Gilliam said.
